By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and NordiskiIPTV ("Company", "we", "us").
Eligibility
To use our Service, you must:

Subscription & Access
NordiskiIPTV sells IPTV subscription plans that provide access to configured playlist files (M3U) and Electronic Programme Guides (EPG). Upon successful payment:
- Your subscription credentials will be delivered to your registered email address within the timeframe stated at checkout.
- Each subscription is valid for the duration specified in the plan purchased (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months).
- Subscriptions are non-transferable and intended for personal, private use only.
- We reserve the right to modify channel availability without prior notice due to factors outside our control.
Permitted Use
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Use the subscription credentials on your own personal devices.
- Access the service for private, non-commercial, personal viewing purposes.
- Use compatible IPTV player applications (e.g., IPTV Smarters, TiviMate) to access your subscription.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your subscription credentials to any third party.
- Use the Service for commercial purposes, public screenings, or monetized viewing.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any part of our service infrastructure.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the Service.
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or access accounts that do not belong to you.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
- Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension without refund and, where applicable, legal action.
Payment & Billing
- All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required.
- Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency where available.
- Subscriptions are not automatically renewed unless you opt into auto-renewal.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions.
- In the event of a failed payment, access to the Service may be suspended until payment is resolved.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of your subscription period unless covered under our Refund Policy.
- To cancel, contact our support team via email or the WhatsApp button on our website.
Intellectual Property
All content on the NordiskiIPTV website — including text, logos, graphics, interface designs, and code — is the property of NordiskiIPTV or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any website content without our prior written consent.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.
- The availability or quality of any particular channel or content.
- The fitness of the Service for any particular purpose.
Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and communicate planned maintenance in advance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NordiskiIPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active subscribers by email. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
